EE Properties was founded in 1999 in Bangalore with a singular conviction: that real estate, done right, transforms lives. What began as a boutique consultancy serving Bangalore's emerging premium market has grown into one of South India's most respected real estate companies.
Over two and a half decades, we have delivered over 500 projects — from landmark residential towers and gated villa communities to Grade-A commercial parks and managed farm estates — across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.

Director — Strategy & Client Relations
A Bachelor of Architecture, Ananya brings a rare blend of design sensibility and strategic acumen to EE Properties. With 18 years in the business, she is the architect of the company's multi-state growth story across Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
